The website has been redesigned in WordPress. It features all new blogs, articles and videos that focus on women and guns, self defense, along with a variety of other topics.
L&L has dedicated itself to being more active on Facebook, Twitter YouTube, forums and various other social media websites.
Along with other videos on our YouTube channel, Lipstick and Lead is planning on producing educational videos and DVDs.

How did Lipstick and Lead Start?
In 2007, the journey that we call Lipstick and Lead LLC began. Our mission is to be the top educational company for women exploring shooting sports. My name is Jeanie Robertson Almond (AKA "Mama Jeanie") and I am the Founder and President of Lipstick and Lead. I have always dreamed of having a shooting school for ladies taught by women. After teaching and making champions for years, I am finally able to realize this dream come true. Through our instructional video series, educational website and live seminars/clinics, we are finally able to direct women to learn about the sport I love. Shooting has been very good to my family and it is a great activity for families to share. Some women want to learn because they think it will be fun, they need to spend more “quality time” with their man and some just want to add this education to their personal protection plan. Whatever your reasons are, Lipstick and Lead will help guide you through the process in a safe, educated and fun way!
I believe that knowledge is power. Lipstick and Lead will inspire your inner strength while preserving our female image in a male driven industry.
